Employer supported policing is a Home Office Scheme to build relationships between businesses and the Police Service, by providing additional support to Special Constable enabling them to complete their role. Businesses benefit from a staff member who will gain personal skills in leadership, communication and the law. This role will support the Citizens in Policing team in establishing such relationships.
