With over 230 roles, there is something for everyone
We have over 230 different roles that are carried out on a daily basis by our family of staff. Many roles do not require you to have warranted powers like police officers, but would not function or keep people safe without the support of police staff.
Police staff work from police stations throughout both force areas, including our headquarters based in Exeter.
Police staff carry out a variety of roles such as Contact Officers, Personal Safety Trainers, Crime Analysts, Police Enquiry Officer, IT Consultants, Project Managers, Administrations Staff, Mechanics, Accountants and Lawyers, to name a few.
