Join our Citizens in Policing Team as an Employer Supported Policing Volunteer and help champion a fantastic national programme that encourages organisations to support policing through volunteering.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping to promote the Employer Supported Policing scheme to local businesses and organisations.
• Building relationships with volunteers, employers, and community partners.
• Supporting presentations and events to showcase the benefits of volunteering.
• Keeping records up to date and helping maintain information on our DutySheet system.
• Assisting with reports that highlight the impact of the programme.

What We're Looking For

• A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Someone organised and comfortable using computers and online systems.
• A team player who enjoys engaging with a variety of audiences.
• An enthusiastic ambassador who is passionate about volunteering and community engagement.
• Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or employee volunteering is a bonus, but not essential.

Mileage expenses for authorised travel using a personal vehicle will be reimbursed at 55p per mile.

Applicants must live within 25 miles of the volunteer base location.
